Kemal Anbarci has been at the helm of the Venture Capital group at Chevron Technology Ventures (CTV) for more than a decade. In this role, he oversees CTV’s primary funds and utilizes venture capital to facilitate the integration of new technology solutions within Chevron’s operations.
With over 30 years at Chevron, Kemal has gained diverse experience in upstream roles, including research and development, field development, mergers and acquisitions, and technology and resource management. He holds master’s degrees in operations research and petroleum and natural gas engineering from Pennsylvania State University, where he also completed his Ph.D. in petroleum and natural gas engineering. Additionally, he has an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey.
